Food for Thought: 7.6 Million Dead Each Year

Last night was the premiere of the second season of a great show.  Everyone I know loves this show, and so do I.  Even so, I can’t bring myself to watch the continuation.  Last September, one of my favorite actors, and the star of the show, died at age 39 of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, after being diagnosed only 18 months before.

I don’t know the details of his cancer or the treatments he underwent in combating the disease, but one thing I do know, after discovering the things I have learned over this past year, is that he would have had a much greater chance of being here today if the cumulative influence from chemical and pharmaceutical companies on the FDA hadn’t suppressed breakthrough and holistic treatments from being introduced into the conventional medical community.

A staggering number, 7.6 MILLION people, including children, die of potentially curable cancers each year.  But because of pressure and infiltration from pharmaceutical giants, the FDA has suppressed information about these treatments to the public, falsified information on the effectiveness of the treatments, and have even tried to imprison or in some way harm the reputation or well being of the HEROES responsible for discovering these treatments, all for one thing - the bottom line.  That being, money.  Lots and lots of money.

One of the treatments I am speaking of is the Gerson therapy, a “radical” for its time, all holistic cancer treatment developed by Dr. Max Gerson back in the 1920’s.  The other is a treatment discovered by Dr. Stanislaw R. Burzynski over 35 years ago, involving gene targeting therapy and Antineoplastons (anti-neoplastic cells agents).

Now, I am not a doctor, and I don’t claim to know a great deal about cancer and the details of how these therapies work and differ in treating one separate cancer from another, and as I said before, I don’t know what treatments this particular actor was using.  But I can say that he was most likely, like just about everyone else diagnosed with cancer, given only one option - chemotherapy.  A carcinogenic in itself treatment with horrible side effects and a less than satisfactory survival rate.  Even though, at the time he was diagnosed, these alternative treatments, with much higher survival rate and few recorded side effects, had been in existence for several decades prior.

This is the same story of 7.6 million people every year, people who could still be alive today, having been given treatments that only usually perpetuate the cancer in the long run.  Ask yourself how many people you have known, either in your circle or among the circle of one of your friends or family, who has suffered or died of cancer within the past few years.  Now ask yourself why.  If these successful treatments have been around for so long, why aren’t they wide spread throughout the medical community?  Why are people still dying of cancer at such an alarming rate?

The answer is both simple and complex.  We now live in a world where the dollar bill is more important than human health and life.  Where the pharmaceutical companies decide what treatments your doctor can offer you and what they cant.  Where whether a treatment is profitable or not is what dictates whether it makes it onto the market than if it is actually effective in curing or treating a disease.  And the most effective way to make money off medicine?  To keep people sick, chronically.

For over 50 years, this has been going on.  With over 7 million people dying every year, that comes to at least 350 MILLION people who have died from potentially curable cancer over the past five decades.

If a corporation is legally a person, and all people must be accountable for their actions in accordance to the law, these corporations should be tried for mass murder, as their irresponsible behavior in undermining the FDA for their own purposes is directly responsible for millions of needless deaths.

Someday, these companies need to be held accountable. But it’s up to us to make sure that happens.

If you are outraged by this information, be vocal about it.  Tell others about what you’ve learned and spread the word.  Post something about it on your blog or your facebook.  Help make others aware of what’s going on in the FDA and how to protect themselves from “medicines” they don’t need.  If you know anyone or come to know someone in the future who is suffering from this horrible disease, tell them about alternative therapies and treatments.  Support the Burzynski Clinic and the Gerson Institute by donating and spreading the word and help them reach the patients that so desperately need their care.

Also, take charge of your own health.  Limit the use of common over the counter medication, as these support this insidious industry and can have unseen side effects.  Things like sinus infections, headaches, and other common ailments can be alleviated though harmless, cheap, simple, and natural at-home treatments.  Do research; you have the greatest tool for learning right there on your computer - the internet.  Study your condition if you get sick - no matter how severe it is.  I am not saying not to see your doctor.  DO see your doctor, but take everything he says with a grain of salt and remember, though he may genuinely want to do good, most doctors these days are, one way or another, little more than salesmen for the pharmaceutical companies.  But much of the time, your doctor will listen if you demand better treatments or suggest treatments you feel are legitimate but are not being used conventionally.  If he doesn’t listen to your concerns, it’s probably time to find a new doctor.

“Consumers” are not sheep who mindlessly devour any product that is thrown our way.  ”Consumers”, in my opinion, is a very ugly way to describe human beings.  The word “consumer” makes us sound like locusts or a disease, existing only to devour and destroy.  But we are not here to just “consume”.  We are people, and we can think and make decisions, and we exist for a higher purpose than only to buy products from these multinational, multi-billion dollar corporations who are trying to control everything from what we eat, to the medical care we get, to what we watch on TV and see on the news.

The good news, however, and what most of us don’t realize, is that ultimately, we control the market, because if we don’t buy it, they can’t sell it.  And if they can’t sell it, they wont produce it.  There are likely to be alternative and natural versions of just about every product you buy, you just have to look for them.  This is how change happens.

Don’t let yourself become one of the 7.6 million.  You are a person, not a statistic.  A fact corporations do not have the capacity to realize or care about, as they are not and should have never been declared legally a “person”.  They don’t see sick people as people in need of help.  They see them as opportunities to make and extort money from.  A person with cancer is just another dollar bill sign to the people making our most commonly used, so-called “medicines”.

“One pill for every ill” has never worked, and it never will.

~ And that’s some food for thought.

To the free-thinking citizens of the world: Anonymous stands with the farmers and food organizations denouncing the practices of Monsanto We applaud the bravery of the organizations and citizens who are standing up to Monsanto, and we stand united with you against this oppressive corporate abuse.

Monsanto is contaminating the world with chemicals and genetically modified food crops for profit while claiming to feed the hungry and protect the environment.

Anonymous is everyone, Anyone who can not stand for injustice and decides to do something about it, We are all over the Earth and here to stay. To Monsanto, we demand you STOP the following:

Contaminating the global food chain with GMO’s.

Intimidating small farmers with bullying and lawsuits.

Propagating the use of destructive pesticides and herbicides across the globe.

Using “Terminator Technology”, which renders plants sterile.

Attempting to hijack UN climate change negotiations for your own fiscal benefit.

Reducing farmland to desert through monoculture and the use of synthetic fertilizers.

Inspiring suicides of hundreds of thousands of Indian farmers.

Causing birth defects by continuing to produce the pesticide “Round-up”

Attempting to bribe foriegn officials Infiltrating anti-GMO groups Monsanto, these crimes will not go unpunished.

Anonymous will not spare you nor anyone in support of your oppressive illegal business practices.

AGRA, a great example: In 2006, AGRA, Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa, was established with funding from Bill Gates and The Rockefeller Foundation. Among the other founding members of, AGRA, we find: Monsanto, Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, GlaxoSmithKline, Procter and Gamble, Merck, Mosaic, Pfizer, Sumitomo Chemical and Yara. The fact that these corporations are either chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturers is no coincidence.

The people of the world see you, Monsanto. Anonymous sees you. Seeds of Opportunism, Climate change offers these businesses a perfect excuse to prey on the poorest countries by swooping in to “rescue” the farmers and people with their GMO crops and chemical pesticides. These corporations eradicate the traditional ways of the country’s agriculture for the sake of enormous profits. The introduction of GMOs drastically affects a local farmers income, as the price of chemicals required for GMOs and seeds from Monsanto cripples the farmer’s meager profit margins. There are even many cases of Monsanto suing small farmers after pollen from their GMO crops accidentally cross with the farmer’s crops. Because Monsanto has a patent on their brand of seed, they claim the farmer is in violation of patent laws. These disgusting and inhumane practices will not be tolerated.

Anonymous urges all concerned citizens to stand up for these farmers, stand up for the future of your own food. Protest, organize, spread info to your friends!
